The High Court of Karnataka has implemented a module to generate summons and notices in vernacular language, enhancing accessibility for common litigants. This proactive step aims to overcome language barriers, ensuring the legal process is more easily understood by individuals in their local language.
The High Court of Karnataka now sends e-Summons through emails in addition to traditional methods, enhancing efficiency in the District Judiciary. This feature is operational where litigating parties provide email addresses, facilitating tracking through the NSTEP application/handheld device.
The High Court and District Judiciary have implemented the e-Payment feature, a crucial part of the Paperless Courts initiative. This allows Advocates and Litigants to conveniently make online payments for court fees, process fees, and copying charges.
