The Karnataka High Court has today issued notice to Government of Karnataka and Congress party on a PIL seeking direction to the Govt not to permit/allow any political rallies, dharnas and protest and to restrain the Congress from holding and continuing the Padayatra with the theme “NAMMA NEERU NAMMA HAKKU” in any
place in the State of Karnataka as per clause 14 of the notification RD.158 TNR 2020 dated 04.01.2022. Mr. Arvind Kamat, Senior Advocate argued the matter for the Petitioner.
